The Process

Absolutely! Most job seekers feel they have a unique, challenging, or troubling situation. In our years of business, we’ve helped job seekers in all types of challenging career situations. We serve our clients entirely online and through a messaging system (by appointment with a writer). We do not engage with face-to-face transactions or calls as our writers are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

We offer free resume critique to our clients, allowing them to assess the insights our resume writers have provided. If our clients wish to do the suggestions themselves, then it’s fine. If they wish to seek further advice from a professional resume writer, then our team of writers will be more than willing to guide you.

An applicant tracking system (ATS) is a software application that enables the electronic handling of recruitment needs. An ATS can be implemented or accessed online on an enterprise or small business level, depending on the needs of the company. In a nutshell, an ATS is used to single out keywords.

We write for every major industry. From accounting to warehousing and everything in between. We also write for every career level, from new graduates to C-level executives. We also have writers on staff with specialized expertise writing for IT clients and military-transition job seekers.

We are here to ensure that your resume meets all your expectations and requirements. However, if you feel that there is something lacking in your resume, you can send it for an unlimited number of revisions within the prescribed period for the particular package ordered until the client is completely satisfied. Please note, though, that revision refers to the modification of resume content targeted to the objective you mentioned in the questionnaire or conveyed to your resume writer. Changing the objective during the revision process isn’t considered a revision; hence, in this case, you need to purchase an additional resume for a new target job.

We only offer free resume updates to finalized projects within the prescribed period for the particular package ordered. The updates involved refer to minor changes, addition, and/or removal of resume content, such as contact information, address, and latest job position and responsibilities. However, a minimal fee might be required if your package is already expired. You may read more about our Project Agreement.

Our organization aims for perfection. If you are not completely satisfied with your resume, feel free to contact us for corrections. We offer virtually unlimited free revisions to suit the specific demands of our clients. If the re-edited resume still does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund. We grant refunds given justified reasons, including cancellation of service owing to dissatisfaction with the quality of the service received. You may read more about our Project Agreement

We have a policy of never disclosing our clients' personal information to any third party. Your personal, contact, and credit card information are all safe with us.

We serve our clients entirely via mail (by appointment with a writer). We do not engage with face-to-face transactions or calls as our writers are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

All you need to do to get started is to place your order online for the services you need. Once we receive your order, you will automatically receive two (2) emails. One that contains the receipt of your purchase, and the one containing a questionnaire. You will be given the opportunity to upload a resume or position announcement (if you have one) via email. If you don't have one, that's OK; we don't need it to get started.

You will have your resume in hand for review within 2-3 business days from the time you complete your consultation with our writer. We also offer 24 hrs delivery for clients up against a tight deadline.

Regardless of the service package, all not started and unfinished projects expire. These include resume writing services and LinkedIn Profile optimization. As for the reactivation of projects, the fee would depend on the situation. You may read more about our Project Agreement.

We work with clients around the world through email. Please note, we do Not call clients (You can interact with our writers via email). These are the most practical and convenient ways to talk to your writer. This also allows us to reach out to as many clients as possible, wherever they are. On the other hand, if you really want to talk to your writer prior to writing your resume draft, you can do so through email.
